SHIPPING

SHIPPING IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.  WITH SHIPPING PRICING CONSTANTLY CHANGING WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING COSTS IN ADVANCE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE UPON REQUEST. 

ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN COMPLETED, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING. THIS MEANS A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED AND YOUR ORDER WILL THEN BE  PREPARED AND PACKAGED. PLEASE EXPECT 2-3 DAYS FROM NOTIFICATION FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE PICKED UP AND SCANNED BY UPS/FEDEX/USPS.  PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US REGARDING SHIPMENT DATE OR EXPECTED ARRIVAL UNLESS ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS SINCE YOU RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COST OR ITEM PRICE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY OCCUR WITH IMPORT.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

OUR POLICY LASTS 7 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL DATE. IF 7 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. 

WE ONLY ACCEPT THE RETURN ON FAULTY PRODUCTS DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR END (E.G. WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM). PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD ITEM OR ITS PACKAGING, AS WE MAY NEED TO PROVIDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND ITEM(S) WILL NEED TO BE PROPERLY PACKAGED FOR RETURN.

 ADDITIONALLY IF ITEM HAS A SMALL NICK OR SCRAPES LESS THAN 1/4" WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO FIND A SOLUTION BUT DO NOT GUARANTEE RETURN, EITHER EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
